Quotes and offers

• Quotes are based on the information you give us about the vehicle.
• A quote may change if the vehicle is materially different from the description, such as missing major parts, undisclosed damage or a different year or model.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless we say otherwise because parts and metal prices can change.
• A quote is not a binding sale until both parties sign the bill of sale and payment is made.

Ownership and legal authority

When you sell us a vehicle, you confirm that you own it or are legally authorized to sell it, it is free of liens and the information you provided is accurate. We may refuse a purchase if ownership cannot be confirmed.

Free towing

Free towing applies to vehicles we purchase within our listed service area. It does not include roadside assistance, towing to a repair shop or fees owed to third parties such as storage yards, impound lots or repair shops.

Personal items

Please remove your belongings before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle after the sale.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, text, images and design belong to Cash for Cars St. Albert or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without written consent.

Links to other sites

We may link to third-party sites, including government resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability
